For an appointment just ring the number, competetive prices providing
you live within 20 miles of Banbury. We'll just take your details and
a brief description of the problem. Then make an arrangement to visit you at a specific time.
The first 15 minutes is free diagnosis. That gives the customer the
assurance of no obligation. The engineer will then endevour to
fix the problem within the hour. If successful the customer pays
half of what BT are charging. If it goes a few minutes over we do
not charge more. The engineer on suspecting it might go over will inform
the customer in good time, (its never a problem.)
When the problem from the outset is a more complicated one, the computer
will need to be taken away. A cap on the price is agreed and the PC or
laptop is repaired off site. Delivered back normally within a couple of
days, setup and demonstrated for the customer.
PC Home Services establishes a good rapport with its customers, and it's
paid off as we depend on our repeat business. Sometimes we see a customer
more than THEY would like and then not hear from them a few years. Its
just the way it goes.
